How to apply for Kevin's VIP Card?

- Just spend over RMB300 in a single bill at Kevin's Thai Restaurant & Bar to entitle a FREE VIP Card. If you have not met with the requirement or you wish to apply for an additional VIP Card we shall charge you a fee of RMB10 for handling purposes. No refund of the fee or any part thereof will be made to you upon cancellation of the VIP Card.
- Every time you use your VIP card, you earn valuable Reward Points. Every RMB10 spent on your VIP card will earn you 1 Reward Point and on the month of your birthday will earn you 2 Reward Points; furthermore on the day of your birthday will earn you 3 Reward Points. Kevin's Reward Points are evergreen, they never expire.
- To upgrade the VIP Card from the Reward Point Program to Discount Program is solely at the discretion of the management of Kevin's Thai Restaurant & Bar.
- A statement will be sent to your last known email address in our records and such statement shall be deemed to have been received by you on the fifth day after posting. We will normally send a statement to you monthly on the statement date for active accounts, i.e. accounts which show some monetary activities within a continuous period of six (6) months for each account. Your statement shows the total rewards points earned.
